Information on the allowed aids in the written exams
Iinstructions on which aids are permissible in our exams:
Admissible are only:
- Law texts relevant to the lecture (NO commentary books !!!)
- Foreign language dictionaries, without annotations
Notes:
- Highlighting and underlining of individual words or text passages in the law text are permitted.
- Only paragraph references in the form of numbers at the side of the legal text are permitted.
- Words, symbols, arrows and other annotations are not permitted.
- The placement of Post-Its is permitted.
- However, nothing else may be written on the Post-Its than what is literally written on the same page in the law text.
Additional annotations on the Post-Its or in the law text are NOT permitted. This concerns e.g:
- examination schemes
- the lecture notes (in whole or in part)
- sample questions from Stud.IP
- contents from study guides
- definitions that are NOT in the text of the law
